Mustad's Filleting Knife features a double-moulded ergonomic handle textured for grip and designed with comfort and superior balancing in mind. The curved blade provides a better working angle to cut as close as possible to the bone for maximum output. The bosterless edge of the blade allows for the use of the entire blade and makes sharpening easy. The 7" size is perfect for smaller freshwater fish, while the 8" and 9" sizes are ideal for larger fresh and saltwater fish.
