Ideal for deboning fresh and saltwater fish, this 9" Mustad Premium Boning Knife features a super-soft golf grip handle, providing an excellent grip. The curved blade design provides a better working angle to cut as close as possible to the bone while the bolsterless edge of the blade allows for the use of the entire blade and simplifies sharpening.
